Nestled on 80+ acres of mountaintop property along Mentone’s Little River, which flows all the way to DeSoto Falls, Ponderosa offers a breathtaking setting for your retreat.

Comfortable & Rustic Lodging

• 6 traditional rustic cabins equipped with bathrooms and shower rooms—no need to hike to a bathhouse!

• 2 dorm-style cabins located above the gym, with locker room-style bathrooms conveniently located downstairs.

• Bunk cabins, each with a minimum occupancy of 8, separated by gender.

• Total Capacity: 130 guests (additional cabins under construction - available fall of 2025!)

• To help manage energy costs and keep rental fees affordable, we ask groups to consolidate into as few cabins as possible per gender.
