Ponderosa sits on over 80 acres of mountaintop property and on the banks of Mentone's Little River, which runs all the way to DeSoto Falls.  Ponderosa has six traditional rustic outdoor cabins with bathrooms and shower rooms (no hiking to a bathhouse).  We have two larger dorm-room-style cabins located in our gym. We designate four cabins for boys and 4 for girls during our summer camps.  Guest Groups can divide the 8 bunk-room cabins as desired. (6 outdoor cabins and 2 larger cabins located upstairs in the gym). We can accommodate up to 130 guests.

We have a swimming pool, gymnasium, dining hall, a chapel with a stage and seating for 200, archery/riflery area, obstacle course, hiking trails, zip line, beach volleyball, large ball field for outdoor games, and a beautiful riverfront with canoes, kayaks, and a rope swing.
