In addition to our bunk-style cabins for campers and youth, we also offer several comfortable housing options for group leaders and adult chaperones. Each unit provides private lodging with linens included — perfect for adults who need a quiet place to rest and recharge during your retreat.

Our leader housing options range from cozy hotel-style suites to a spacious two-bedroom guest house, each with private bathrooms and comfortable amenities.

Duplex Guest House

$80 per night + $30 per person, per night

Includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living area, washer & dryer, linens provided
Occupancy: up to 4 adults plus 3 children (futon bunk in living room).

The Duplex Guest House is ideal for group leaders or couples who prefer added privacy and the convenience of home-style amenities. The full kitchen and laundry facilities make it a comfortable space for weekend retreats or extended stays.

The Duplex Guest Cabin at Ponderosa

Enjoy a comfortable stay in our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Duplex Guest Cabin, fully equipped with modern amenities, including a washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven/stove, coffee maker, and microwave. Linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2: Includes a full-size bed and a twin bed, along with an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Living Room: Offers additional sleeping space with a futon bunk bed—a twin bed on top and a full-size fold-down couch on the bottom.

Perfect for families or group leaders, the Duplex Guest Cabin provides comfort and convenience in a cozy, rustic setting!

Infirmary / Dining Hall Suite

$65 per night + $30 per person, per night

Includes: Private bedroom, private bathroom, mini fridge, linens provided
Occupancy: 1–3 adults

Conveniently located near the Dining Hall, this suite is a great option for cooks or adult leaders who need quick access to the kitchen and dining facilities. Comfortable and quiet, it offers privacy and convenience for weekend retreats.

The Infirmary Suite at Ponderosa

The Infirmary Suite is a comfortable and convenient housing option for Group Leaders, first aid providers, or camp cooks, located in the Dining Hall Building at Ponderosa Bible Camp and Retreat Center. With a private entrance under a covered porch at the front of the building, this suite offers easy access while maintaining privacy.

Inside, you'll find a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a living area with a futon couch, and a private bathroom with a shower—providing a relaxing retreat for those overseeing camp care. The front entrance area features a "triage area," with a desk, sink, and a sick bay space with bunk bed, offering a dedicated space for your group's first aid provider to care for sick campers or dispense medication (medical supplies not provided).

This suite is also a popular choice for groups cooking for themselves, as it provides a convenient housing option near the dining hall for those managing meal prep.

The Cave Suite

$55 per night + $30 per person, per night

Includes: Queen bed, private bathroom, sitting area, linens provided
Occupancy: 1–2 adults

The Cave Suite offers a cozy, rustic atmosphere with the comfort of a private space to rest after a full day of activities. Perfect for chaperones or couples attending youth retreats.

The Cave at Ponderosa

The Cave is a cozy and private efficiency apartment located beneath the Dining Hall Building at Ponderosa Bible Camp and Retreat Center. With a separate entrance from the back of the building, this secluded space offers Group Leaders a quiet retreat during their stay.

Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a small couch—perfect for relaxation and convenience. Whether you're preparing for the day’s activities or unwinding after a long day, The Cave provides a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Located near the center of camp, this simple and comfortable suite provides quiet lodging for adult leaders who prefer privacy while remaining close to the group.

The Shop at Ponderosa (call for availability - this apartment currently houses our Intern)

The Shop Apartment is a private efficiency apartment located in our maintenance shop building. It features a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a full-size refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
